4. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the supplier (airline, hotel, car rental, tour operator). Some bookings may be non-refundable or non-changeable. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed according to supplier policies and may take several weeks. Service fees charged by Anuju for processing cancellations or changes are non-refundable.
5. Travel Requirements You are responsible for ensuring that you have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates. Anuju provides visa assistance services but does not guarantee approval by any embassy or immigration authority. Failure to meet travel requirements is solely your responsibility, and Anuju shall not be liable for denied boarding or entry.

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, losses, damages, or injuries resulting from third-party services. In no event shall Anuju be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
