2. Cancellation Policy

Flights: Airlines impose their own cancellation and refund rules; some tickets may be non-refundable or non-changeable.

Hotels & Stays: Hotel properties set their own cancellation windows (free cancellation until a certain date, partial refunds, or non-refundable).

Car Rentals & Transfers: Supplier-specific policies apply; free cancellation may be allowed up to 24–48 hours before pickup.

Tours & Activities: Many are non-refundable once booked; some may allow partial refund based on timing.

Visa Assistance: Fees for visa services are non-refundable, regardless of outcome.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds (where allowed) follow the supplier’s policy.

Refunds will be net of supplier penalties and our non-refundable service fees.

Refund processing may take 6–12 weeks depending on the supplier and payment systems.

For payments made in foreign currencies, exchange rate fluctuations and bank charges may affect the final refunded amount.

4. No-Show Policy

Failure to show up for any flight, hotel stay, car rental, tour, or transfer is treated as a no-show, which typically results in no refund.

5. Force Majeure

Anuju Ltd is not liable for any cancellation or delay caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, government action, airline/hotel operational issues).
